CMS publishes these filings free, as fixed-width text with no column names. We parse them, join them across years, screen every figure for internal consistency, and reconcile what we can against audited financial statements — then say which ones failed.

19 figures on this dataset agree with IRS Form 990 returns to the dollar, out of 155 checked at 21 providers against an independent source (47 within tolerance). We publish every one, including the failures.

Every coordinate here was proved against an identity the form itself asserts, across all 18,924 filings. That proves we read the right cell, not that the cell agrees with an audited statement -- no hospice figure has been checked against one yet.
